The date above is not very precise; I haven't always kept careful records of recording sessions. I do recall that I had just returned to my apartment after a party at my brother's place. I was extremely tired and just a little buzzed. I sat at the piano and this pretty chord structure came about. I pressed "record" on the sequencer, saved it, and went to bed. The next day, I added a synthesizer track, and burned the song to CD. The piano was never re-done.

I still quite like this piece.
